Job Description: The role we are looking for is a front desk reception the schedule will be Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 5pm.


Provide outstanding customer service while greeting, clients, guests and agents when entering the General Office. Answer incoming calls from Clients, and Agents. Forward calls to Agents that come into the General Office. Assist the New Business Team with policy billing, assembly and sorting incoming and outgoing mail. Customer Service Representatives undergo a comprehensive training program to learn about the insurance industry, product and policy provisions and transaction processing. Coaching and feedback is provided to help you gain the necessary skills to be successful.
