Essential Purpose of Position:

An objective of this new position is to provide career pathing opportunities for existing Store Customer Care Managers who have demonstrated management and operational excellence. This position resides at a “home assigned store” where the Area Store Customer Care Manager spends approximately 70% of his/her time on home Office Manager responsibilities and 30% (1 to 2 days per week) managing other Store office locations and managers assigned. 

The Area Customer Care Manager is responsible for ensuring efficient and accurate store office operations in assigned store locations while maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures. This person also ensures that responsible store office locations are properly and uniformly trained and staffed to facilitate execution of sales transactions, third party financing transactions, and cash receipt processes. Additionally they monitor and establish internal control techniques designed to achieve asset protection while being attentive to all internal and external customer requests.
