Job Description

Sutherland is seeking a motivated and passionate person tojoin us as a Seasonal Customer Service Agent . In this role you would support all aspects relating to our client specific services.Answering inbound calls to provide exceptional customer service to consumerscalling in for a variety of different situations. Consultants will be requiredto listen effectively, diagnose issues quickly, build rapport with customersand ask questions to identify needs. The ideal candidate must be customerservice oriented with a genuine desire to help customers.

  • Qualifications

    Our most successful candidates will have:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Demonstrated ability to perform in a fast pace environment in order to support our high volume of inbound calls.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; proficient reading skills required
  • Multi-tasking skills, showcased through the use of several applications.
  • True understanding of PC keyboarding skills; Advanced Browser Knowledge and Basic Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) experience required.
  • Customer Service Experience Required
  • Availability between the hours of 8AM 9PM Sun-Sat
  • Must be available to start training August 19th
