Venture Home Solar is a solar energy installer headquartered in NYC and we are looking to expand our retail team! In this position you will be based in a big-box retail store, and your job is to educate customers.

Your goal:

  • Educate customers on the incentive opportunities for going solar.

  • Assist homeowners with basic questions pertaining to company services.

  • Schedule appointments with homeowners for an in-home assessment.

This is a part-time, flexible role with the potential for full-time growth. This could also work as a seasonal role if that is what you are looking for. Solar experience is not required. The ideal candidate has a great attitude, loves working with customers and has customer service or general sales experience.

This role pays a base salary of $15/hr with a commission structure as well. A successful appointment setter can expect to make between $20 and $25 per hour. Some evening and weekend work will be required.
