Store Systems Specialist

The Store Systems Specialist will assist with all implementation of Store Systems, including CrunchTime, HotSchedules, CCTV, Aloha POS, NCR Backoffice, Meraki network, mobile applications, payment systems EMV, P2PE, as well as any new technology added to the portfolio. This position will require some travel up to 25% to locations where we will be opening new Shacks. The individual will need to be a self-starter with implementation experience that can work with little supervision and providing extensive communications to all levels of management. This position will require writing documentation, project plans, and details requirements documents. The individual will be working in a fast pace environment where learning on the job is a key success factor.

Key Responsibilities

  • Resolve help desk issues assigned
  • Participate in on-call rotation program
  • Complete assigned tasks related to projects assigned.

Skills & Knowledge

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or another related field.
  • In dept knowledge of Restaurant systems, specifically Aloha POS, Aloha Kitchen, Aloha Online, Pulse, Insight, SQL databases and queries.

Experience

  • At least two years of relevant experience.
