Comfort Advisor/Outside Sales Representative

Service Champions Heating and Air Conditioning is looking for enthusiastic and driven Comfort Advisors with a strong desire to exceed for in-home sales who thrive on commission only sales with bonuses and incentive potential in excess of $200k. No previous residential HVAC experience necessary for this position but is sure doesn’t hurt! We are hiring for attitude and training for skill. Job Duties and Responsibilities:

§ Drive Top Performance by reviewing clients residential heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems and presenting options for improvement and replacement

§ Maintain existing client relationships by Giving Remarkable Service with strong communication, presentation and customer service skills

§ Be Kind and Encouraging by educating clients on options to improve their heating and cooling systems

§ Conduct needs analysis, measure and perform a technical home survey

§ Identify and present and close opportunities for clients to improve their home comfort systems

§ Document service performed and recommendations made by completing applicable forms, reports, logs and/or records

§ Complete all tasks in accordance with Service Champions quality and safety standards and Honor Our Commitments

§ Update job knowledge by Being a Life Long Student and participating in educational opportunities

§ Possess excellent listening skills and can deliver an extraordinary customer experience

§ Possess strong verbal, written and presentation skills

§ Ability to work in hot, cold, wet climates depending on the weather

§ Ability to crawl in tight places and climb ladders; work in attics, garages, crawl spaces and on roofs

§ Integrity and ability to promote a positive company image

§ Must be able to follow directions and work independently

Job Requirements:
  • Analyze sales trends to increase sales
  • Maintain sales area records on customer sales
  • Making sales presentations and closing sales
  • Searching a sales representative to complement sales team
  • Analyze sales statistics to promote sales
  • Prepare sales slips or sales contracts
  • Drive outside sales within territory
  • Prepare periodic sales report showing sales volume and potential sales
  • Lead all sales within territory
  • Develop a territory sales plan
  • Utilizing sales system to optimize sales calls
  • Complete job site survey reports for all new customer job sites and existing customer job sites
  • Mastering the sales representative position
  • Provide weekly sales updates to sales management
  • Develop and maintain sales forecasts on anticipated territory sales
  • Exceed sales goals in assigned territory
  • Coordinate sales calls and associated paper work with inside sales/sales support
  • Complete regular sales calls in territory
  • Exerting sales effort necessary to meet sales quota
  • Promote product or service sales
