  • Own chat communications on the website and engage with potential future customers.
  • Develop and execute a prospecting plan that engages new contacts and consistently brings new clients to OVHcloud.
  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead generation and outbound cold/warm emails and calls.
  • Execute win-back campaigns to retain churning customer accounts.
  • Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to drive lead generation and contact incoming leads on a daily basis.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Support Team to transfer and accept chat sessions depending on topics and required expertise (technical vs. sales).
  • Contribute to Sales and Marketing business development strategies, events and activities.
  • Answer incoming emails and chats with sales-specific questions.
  • Perform outbound email and telephone prospecting campaigns based on internal and external lists.
  • Contact existing customers to obtain referrals.
  • Contact existing customers to cross-sell complementary products.
  • Investigate potential vertical markets and prospect in these markets.
  • Conduct research on potential clients and sustain a database of business opportunities.
  • Communicate with potential customers over the phone and via email and provide excellent customer service.
  • Minimum Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in an enterprise sales environment to include identification of potential qualified leads.
  • Experience with at least one Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
  • A good understanding of cloud infrastructure and technology.
  • Excellent communication skills to include verbal, written, and presentation.
  • Ability to learn and understand technical concepts, processes, details, and skills, and be able to effectively communicate them to a wide variety of audiences.
  • Experience using Salesforce, Zendesk, or ServiceNow a plus.
