Customer Service Technician

Hours: Flex hours between 8:00am to 8:00pm, 40 hour per week.

Base Salary: $35,000 - $50,000

Event by LoopUp is a premium conference call service that intends to offer a white glove experience for their customers before, during and after their calls. Our Event calls often mean being involved and working with CEOs and executive management of major global companies and so result in interesting and fascinating meeting topics. Being engaged and passionate about the quality of service that we offer is paramount. You would be joining the Event by LoopUp team at an exciting time in the journey. Having experienced huge success in the UK, we are looking to build the team out to continue the rapid growth in to the US. Boston will become the hub for all US customer operations, creating an exciting environment for teams to strive.

About the job:

We re currently seeking thorough, diligent and hard-working individuals to join our best in class Event team from our Boston office. You will be responsible for moderating conference calls on behalf of some of the largest global firms, ensuring all elements run smoothly. Our event service is used to communicate important messages for these firms such as financial results and critical internal communications.

As a coordinator, you will support all aspects of the Event service.

  • Transferring hosts and participants into their conference
  • Scheduling and amending Event call bookings
  • Managing Event calls
  • Resolving customer queries

Once fully trained, coordinators must have an in-depth knowledge of our Event service and provide appropriate guidance for clients where required.

Coordinators deal directly with high profile customers such as C-level executives, therefore communicating in a professional manner is critical.

A strong customer service background, excellent communication skills and strong computer skills are required for this role.
