Responsibilities and Duties

The main position we will be filling immediately is for our Client Service Representative positions specifically for those looking to get involved with our Management Training Program. This career path will teach our newest team members how to properly interact and engage with the niche clientele we service while preparing those individuals for roles within the organization involving training new staff members, hiring office personnel, leading a team, while building a strong office culture.

  • Inbound/Outbound Calls
  • Servicing Existing Clientele
  • Sales Contracts
  • Scheduling New Appointments/ No Cold Calling
  • Data Entry

The Client Service Representative handles requests from new or existing customers over the phone. Consults with customers about product and service needs, and makes product recommendations. Meets individual and department metrics while maintaining customer satisfaction. Performs job duties consistent within safety, legal, and regulatory requirements; company standards, culture and business practices. Acts with the highest level of business and personal ethical standards in all aspects of job performance.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Valid Drivers License
  • Minimum Education and Experience:
  • High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred
  • Have excellent skills with communication and customer relations.
  • Have strong organizational skills and great attention to detail.
  • Be service oriented/ people person/ call center experience preferred.
  • Be have basic computer skills and knowledge of Windows and Microsoft office.
  • Flexible and adaptable to change with excellent time management
