Description

This role is a member of a dynamic FP&A team for ELC Travel Retail that manages world-wide duty free business that covers 100 countries. The New York based team works closely with corporate brands, regional offices in APAC, EMA and Americas. The international nature of the business and multiple brand business requires the senior analyst to be quick learner and flexible with tasks and responsibilities and grow with the team.

ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Provide comprehensive financial planning and analysis for selected brands, support branded finance directors, brand General Managers and marketing team in monthly estimate, annual strategic development and planning as well as day to day operations.

  • Manages TR WW monthly retail analysis commentary on business trend and key drivers.

  • Manages key advertising spending budget, estimate and month end close.

  • Assist the monthly estimate and annual planning process maintain and create key financial schedules and analysis to facilitate the strategy, planning and estimate process.

  • Manage quarterly reports in top accounts, flagship doors and annual country presents.

  • Assist with ad hoc requests such as pricing analysis, retailer P&Ls and franchise reporting.

Qualifications

  • Finance or Business degree acquired

  • Minimum 3 years relevant work experience

  • Strong excel skills (pivot tables, functions, etc.)

  • Strong financial system knowledge and experience (ex: CPM, Microsoft Office)

  • Strong interpersonal skills

  • 10% international travel may be required.

  • Team player
