JOB TITLE:Retail Coordinator

OBJECTIVE:This position is responsible for being the main support to our North America Retail Network currently at 32 locations and quickly expanding. This position directly reports to the Senior Manager of Retail Operations.


Job responsibilities include but are not limited to the following

  • Act as support to the Retail Operations teamRespond to store inquiries in timely manner
  • Communicate trends for follow up
  • Manage the Retail Operations Inbox
  • Manage the stores reports
  • Aid in the development and distribution of weekly communication material
  • Manage all store supplies for retail network
  • Coordinate with other departments on projects as needed
  • Manage invoices for the department
  • Provide weekly reporting to aid the retail team
  • Support development of new policies
  • Supports new store openings
  • Supports Retail Events
  • Assist with management of store credits and incentives
  • Assist with management of uniform program
  • Performs special projects and general administration as assigned by manager


Principal Skills, Knowledge, and Personal Attributes Required:

  • Education/Experience: 3+ year experience in a corporate retail environment
  • Advanced in Microsoft Office Suite including: PowerPoint, Word
  • Advanced Excel skills preferred
  • Previous retail experience preferred
  • InDesign and Photoshop skills a plus
  • Foreign languages a plus
