Director of Store Planning is a leadership role in providing support to
the Store Design and Store Construction team.
This position
requires a comprehensive knowledge of end to end retail store design and
construction, from the kick-off thru construction and turnover. The successful candidate must have
outstanding inter-personal and communication skills to effectively drive cross-functional
projects and partner with resources throughout the organization to resolve
issues and drive change.

Establishproject plan and coordinate efforts through all phases from project kick-off,scheduling, and timekeeping.

Create weeklyconstruction reports for internal and external distribution.

Act as liaison withinternal partners such as Real Estate, Legal together with Store Design andStore Construction.

Review kick-offdocumentation needed to assist and facilitate the internal Store Design andProject Management teams.

Act as liaisonbetween landlord tenant coordinators and Store Design and Store Constructionduring the planning phase of projects

Review all leases,exhibits and tenant criteria.

Requiresextensive knowledge on permit application process, timelines and buildingdepartment functions in the different counties and areas.

Review budgetsand coordinate architect and engineers of record.

Reviewarchitectural and engineering construction documents.

Creation of ad-hoc reports as well as providing actionable key insightsto improve project schedule in coordination with Store Construction.
5-7 years of experience.
