The Solution Sales Executive is responsible for acting as the sales lead in closing new opportunities and up-selling into existing accounts by demonstrating the unique value proposition of CHC digital and printed member communication and engagement solutions. This role partners closely with the owners of key field accounts to close new business, and is responsible for all activity to design, develop, and deploy sales strategies and action plans required to secure targeted revenue for Payer Omni-Channel Communication & Engagement solutions and Services.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Selling - 70%
  • Pre-Selling - 10%
  • Collaboration with Product Management, Solution Consultants, Solution GM’s & Account Execs. - 10%
  • Non-Sales Related Activities - 10%
  • Primary Responsibilities

  • Identifying opportunities to sell digital and printed member communication solutions into net new logo’s and existing customers
  • Directing and conducting sales presentations with RVP’s and/or Client Executives
  • Collaborating with Client Executives and SSE’s to coordinate efforts in identifying leads
  • Maintaining thorough understanding of payer member communication solutions
  • Orchestrate and lead detailed pre-sales planning and strategy, post sales hand-off to implementation and ongoing knowledge transfer to Client Executives
  • Negotiate and close contracts and coordinate with CHC legal and product as needed.
  • Secondary Responsibilities

  • Keeping all opportunities current within Salesforce and providing updates to CHC Management
  • Identifying cross-selling opportunities within accounts and sharing with Client Account Teams.
  • Minimum Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years’ sales and business development experience in selling $MM solutions to large payers and health plans.
  • Critical Skills

  • Extensive knowledge of Communication, Engagement, and Print fulfillment in the healthcare and payer marketplace
  • Specialized Knowledge / Skills:

  • Proficient at executing when experiencing multiple competing priorities
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • The ability to build relationships across the organization, especially at the Payer C-Level and collaborate as necessary to accomplish goals
  • Maintain industry, product specific knowledge and competitor differentiation
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Education / Training:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Working Conditions:

  • Environment – Office or home office environment up to 50% travel required.
  • Physical Requirements – Sitting, standing, walking, and using key board.
