We are searching for a Call Center Supervisor for our client in Fort Worth, TX. This temp to hire position will have the following job duties:

  • Ensures strict compliance with LegalShield standards & time frames on all matters
  • Responsible for managing day-to-day planning, implementation, & problem-solving to ensure the team achieves daily goals in production & service
  • Creates an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture
  • Train new hires & re-trains existing employees, as needed
  • Ensures workflow continuity of team by assignment or assistance
  • Maintains referral attorney in-house complaint files, enters & maintains departmental statistics for concerns, complaints, benefit inquires, & special projects
  • Resolves escalated calls including taking disgruntled member calls from Intake Specialists or other departments
  • Contacts members regarding conflicts of interest
  • Creates, updates & maintains training, re-training, & back-up caller programs
  • Additional tasks may also be assigned
  • Hours:  Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm 

    Salary/Pay Rate:  $13.00/Hour

  • Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of administrative experience; supervisory &/or legal experience preferred 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word & Outlook
  • Must be comfortable with extensive interaction via telephone with attorneys
  • Ability to motivate & guide a team, maintaining a positive working environment
  • Well-developed verbal, listening, & written communication skills
  • Ability to use appropriate judgment in upward communication regarding department & employee concerns
  • Fast & accurate data entry skills
  • Available access to a laptop or desktop & internet for working from home, as needed
