Anthropologie Brand Marketing Coordinator
Senior Brand Marketing Manager
The Brand Marketing Coordinator will assist with execution of marketing campaigns, working closely with the Brand Marketing Specialist and cross functional teams to ensure that deadlines and important milestones are consistently met.
Responsibilities Assist the marketing team in delivering omnichannel 360 campaigns that provide an engaging customer experience, deliver results that exceed department expectations, and meet overall business objectives Coordinate the workflow and communication between cross-functional partners in the planning, development, and execution stages of marketing campaigns by facilitating meetings, following up with partners, and providing creative solutions to potential roadblocks Develop and maintain a monthly marketing calendar that outlines all current and upcoming initiatives, sharing regularly with all members on the team Manage the marketing budget and vendor invoicing process for the department by working closely with accounting and internal team members Build detailed campaign briefs and work on a daily basis with cross functional partners to outline support per message Proactively work on project recaps, highlighting key metrics and learnings to be leveraged in developing future initiatives Assist with retail marketing initiatives for various stores, e.g. in store events, GWPS, signage Coordinate timelines for all creative assets for marketing campaigns and ensure that deadlines are being met, e.g signage, digital, social Build a strong understanding of the Anthropologie store list and location types, and bring that knowledge to meetings when necessary, with special focus on large format and high visibility stores Be a champion in bringing new ideas to the team as our expert in market trends, competitor initiatives, and emerging opportunities Oversee administrative tasks supporting the marketing team, including mail pack timing and ad/hoc art team assistance Check on weekly performance of targeted media promos and report back to team
Skills 1-2 years of experience in a marketing role; retail experience is a plus Project management experience Enthusiastic and people-oriented individual who is willing and eager to learn Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with internal and external partners Basic understanding of retail metrics and relevant KPIs Program experience: MS Office Suite and Indesign Meticulous note taking and ability to prioritize and manage up Task oriented work ethic Willingness to travel (limited)
Bachelor s Degree in Marketing, Communications, PR or related field
