Anthropologie: Assistant PD & Production Coordinator- Home
Sr. Product Development Coordinator Home Decor
The Assistant Product Development Coordinator will support the daily operational functions of the Product Development Coordinators in all aspects of product development and production. You will follow the product from inception all the way through final approval until the style is approved or dropped. You will also learn to develop key cross functional relationships with both the outside vendors and internal partners: buying, design, and production to track and deliver product samples, managing relevant reports and supporting business needs.
PD & WIP Management: Send Wholesale exclusives briefs to vendors prioritizing per calendar deadlines for designated categories. - Organize duplicate briefs for quick reference in the office. - Securely package any sample that may be accompanying the brief. - Prepare and organize packages going to manufacturers and agents. Print all required shipping documents. - Send vendors weekly tracking report for receipt confirmation and T&A for sampling. - Manage exceptions in WIP to troubleshoot with manager. Update the WIP report and line sheets when sending out briefs and amendments and when receiving samples. Locate and then distribute any incoming sample packages sent from vendor to appropriate person(s) in a timely manner. Photograph initial and amendment samples and organize photos in the appropriate location on the share drive. Organize samples and appropriate briefs/amendments for the weekly Design Flow meetings, Proto Finalization and Finalization meetings.
Photoshoot, Catalog, and TOP Samples: Track seasonal Photoshoot, catalog, and TOP Sample with vendors for all categories. Publish periodical status analytics and trouble shoot with manager as needed for timely receipt of samples.
Post Production: Follow up on all PI sheets and check for accuracy. Ensure custom descriptions are input by supplier in Trade stone each season by deadline.
MISC: Perform miscellaneous administrative tasks when needed:
-Maintain an organized swatch library
-Make copies for meetings
-Organize sample sale
Qualifications Must exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to prioritize projects and handle multiple tasks, and manage time effectively to meet deadlines. Ability to develop and maintain productive relationships and communicate effectively with internal and external partners. Exhibits a strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to take direction, be proactive, and have strong problem-solving skills. Eager to learn.
Bachelor s Degree in Interiors, Business, or a related field.
