Currently looking for Customer Service Representatives in the Lauralhurst area to take inbound calls.


  • Inbound and outbound calls regarding patient bills
  • Provide high levels of customer service to patients who have outstanding bills from anesthesiology appointments
  • Speaking with patients about their bill including insurance coverage
  • Create payment plans in order to get bills paid before going to collections
  • Assisting with taking payments over the phone for patient accounts
  • Qualifications:

  • 1+ year of experience in customer service (phone is preferred but face-to-face is ok)
  • Ability to type 45 WPM or more and work in multiple computer systems
  • Desire to work in healthcare
