Part of the Adore Me Retail team based at our Headquarter Coordinate information between Retail management team and the stores Pragmatically solve problems on the go and adapt quickly. Help develop operational processes and best practices including store opening and closing procedures, shipping, returns, etc Follow up the store business plan to monitor KPI results and maximizes business opportunities Analyze product and sales data in connection with specific marketing/promotions Using existing and ongoing market data to develop and refine visual merchandising guidelines Oversee regular efforts to overhaul visual presentations/signage in stores in connection with scheduled marketing and promotional events; Making determinations regarding which products and product lines to ?push? during specific marketing campaign initiatives Participate in the creative process for promotional initiatives, including coordinating photoshoot content, as well as composition and content of specific advertisements; and Contribute to a positive atmosphere that is fun, professional, productive, and team-oriented where feedback is encouraged. Display a strong commitment to self-development and growth. What skills do you have? Preferably 2-3 years of retail experience (or comparable experience). Solid computer skills including a good command of the basic Microsoft package (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Proven organizational and analytical skills, and excellent English communication skills. A passionate and enthusiastic personality who acts with integrity and respect to inspire associates to unlock individual potential. Strong merchandising skills with the ability to drive the business through creativity and extensive fashion knowledge. Exceptional customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills. Confidence, with the ability to take own initiative and take responsibility for actions. Positive, high energy and eager to learn, with a true entrepreneurial spirit. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Ability to plan and achieve long-and-short term goals. Schedule flexibility to include evenings, weekends, holidays and non-business hour.
